Things I Support
In my journeys I have found two charities that mean a lot to me, the Susan G. Komen and the Washington State Council of Firefighters' Burn Foundation Calendar. My mother is a breast cancer survivor so the effort for this organization is close to my heart. Being a firefighter i have met and helped burn victims, which had shown me the hard path they have to recovery.
Mud & Fun
When i am not working or preparing for a figure competition I like to be outside 'playing.' I have found a passion for mountain bike riding on single track in the forrest. There is usually some good mud to ride through and get covered. I also enjoy obstacle races. I have completed the Warrior Dash twice and the Muddy Buddy. With plans to complete a few more of this kind of race. My first triathlon will be in September, when I compete in the Tri Turtle.
